About This Project

Avalon Commons is a new Affordable Housing project being built on 6.65 acres, in North East Fresno.

With the recent Ground Breaking Ceremony signaling the start of the Project, the project will be constructed in two Phases. The first Phase will consist of (60) one, two and three bedroom Apartments and a Community Building, with the Second phase adding a further 45 Apartments.
