This office building was one of the first buildings constructed in the Dry Creek Business Park in Clovis, California. Built in a Santa Barbara mission style, it was designed specifically for use as an Architectural Office.

In addition to the spacious drawing studio with its grand windows providing ample natural light, it also has a large Principal’s Office, Conference room,  Reception Area and Break Room.
