Robert L. Davidson
Mr. Davidson is the founding principal of the firm and has supplied the Firm with the vision, the energy and the inherent passion for Architecture that has served the Company from its inception. Licensed in 1976 and with more than 40 years of experience, Mr. Davidson serves as CEO, Design Principal, prime liaison with all Clientele, and directs the firms’ internal activities at all levels. Mr. Davidson has a deep commitment to its clients, their projects, and his employees.
The commitment to Architecture has resulted in the firm’s reputation as a “Builders Architect”; of knowing how to “build” projects in combination of applying exceptional aesthetics. This philosophy has produced a deep Collection of exceptional yet cost effective projects that has endeared the firm to many Developers, Owners and Agencies throughout the Region.
The “Collection” includes all types of Multi-Housing developments, Automobile Dealerships, Senior Care Facilities, Commercial Developments and Estate Housing.
That focus has produced a portfolio that includes: Golf Course Clubhouse design, Single Family Tract Developments, Custom Homes, Multi-Housing Apartment Communities both Affordable and Market rate, Modernization/Rehabilitation of existing apartment Communities, Mixed Use Development projects, Seniors Communities, Transit Oriented Developments and Multi-story Podium projects.
Mr. Davidson is an alumnus of the University of California at Berkeley, Class of 71, and holds a degree in Architecture, Cum Laude. In addition to his educational background, Mr. Davidson has been a licensed Architect in the state of California since 1976, and holds reciprocal licenses in Nevada, Arizona and Certification by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards.
