Avalon Commons is an affordable-housing project developed by Fresno Housing, providing affordable and thoughtfully designed units with both comfort and connection in mind.

The first phase of this project was completed in 2024 and features 60 units along with a community building that features a computer room, full kitchen, multipurpose room, fireplace, lobby, fitness room, and behavioral health services office. The second phase, which will be completed in 2027, will add an additional 45 affordable units to this project.
